It’s not possible to link our URL in Instagram. We cannot give ads linking to our website. Moreover, Instagram users cannot give the link as well. We have an ongoing Influencer marketing activity and everyone receives the error below. I tried from my personal Instagram account, have the same error. When we dig in it turns out that Meta sees our website is password protected. The website is build in Shopify and until the 2nd of October we did have it on password protection. Now it’s open for everyone and when typing in the URL we can see the website. Can someone help us fix this issue?
