Cannot get Invoices from my Account or Customer Support

What is the issue you’re encountering

There are no invoices listed in my account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Went to my Account > Billing > Invoices and Documents
  2. Created Support Ticket. Responded with screenshot. Ticket was escalated. But no response, no invoices after escalation
  3. Went to forums and saw that this is a common bug and that there seems to be no motivation for Cloudflare to fix the issue for everyone once and for all:
  4. Hope someone in this forum pushes the ticket to be resolved.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

How about fixing this bug so that we don’t all have to contact Customer Support?

Support won’t address the problem or reply to me.

So what am I supposed to do? Go to Social Media?!
