Nameservers for my domain bodyfit.com.au point here but I have no idea of any account with Cloudflare? Urgently need access to manage my DNS etc.
You can try these steps to see if the account was set up using your email address…
If you didn’t create the Cloudflare account, someone you authorised to access your domain registrar did. Your site was added to Cloudlfare in Janaury 2024 according to securitytrails.com so that may help you to remember who.
Otherwise you will have to take control of your DNS by changing the nameservers at your registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account, or other DNS provider. You will need to ensure you obtain the required DNS records from your web and mail hosts to use.
