Cannot find URL forwarding settings

I have several domains that currently point to other domains (redirects). I cannot, for the life of me find where these settings are so that I can change/edit them.

They will be in your dashboard under Page Rules (now deprecated) or Redirect Rules…

I can see, for one of my domains, it falls under redirect rules. However, for another domain, that was set up in similar fashion, there is no page rule or redirect rule visible.

If you can see my previous post, a third party company, without any evidence made a false claim that one of my domains was being used for a phishing attempt. Cloudflare placed a warning message stating my URL was a phishing website and the visitor had to manually click “proceed anyways” for the redirect to take place. Cloudflare unapologetically removed said warning after a ton of back and fourth and it is with that domain that I can no longer see any redirect rules yet the domain still redirects.
