Cannot find Region setting in DNS for Data Localization Regional Services

What is the issue you’re encountering

Hi we are setting up a new site. We are using partial DNS with a CNAME record for the domain we are protecting - authoratative DNS is not with Cloudflare. We want to setup Regional Services in the Data Localization suite. Instructions say to select the Region dropdown from the DNS record, but we cant find this Region setting in the Dashboard. What are we missing?

is an Enterprise add-on product, so unless you have an Enterprise contract you won’t see it.

Hi we do have Enterprise …

It’s an add-on, so you need to add the Data Localization Suite to your contract and make sure your account team has enabled it. I highly suggest reaching out to your account team, or to Support if you don’t know how to contact your account team.
