Cannot find Error Analytics on Support Page

I am trying to follow the advice at to troubleshoot a timeout error. The instructions say to scroll down to the Error Analytics section of the support portal but the closest I see is this:


Any ideas on how to get some diagnostics in that area?

I couldn’t find this either. There might be other ways, but the only way I know to get some info on edge response codes such as 502/504 is by visiting Cloudflare Dashboard > Analytics & Logs > Traffic (only available on paid plans), then filter by the appropriate error code.
