Cannot find DNS entry that I need to Remove

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m using carrd.co to host my website. They report that I need to remove 4 DNS entries on Cloudflare that I cannot find

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

In cloudflare I navigated to my website, then to DNS then Records. There are no records listed. carrd.co told me it found 4 records associated with my domain that I need to remove. I can’t find them to remove them. Note that carrd.co also to me to add DNS records which I was able to do.

What’s the domain name in question so we can take a look? Without this, I’m not sure how any community member can assist you.

And can you share a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page?

This sounds like the usual two A and two AAAA records generated by a :orange: proxied hostname. Try looking for the affected hostname and switch it to :grey: DNS Only.

took a lot of mainipulating with help from a techy person more savvy than I but we got it resolved. we had to outfake the DNS refresh/cache. Thanks for the replies.
