Cannot find account/<123456>/<rule_id>

Hello,
I want to import existing recourse from Cloudflare (Security/WAF/Tools) into terraform.
For that i fallow the instruction provided in Terraform Registry but I struggle to find “rule_id”. Can some one tell me how I can find it so I can import my resources.

I would recommend GitHub - cloudflare/cf-terraforming: A command line utility to facilitate terraforming your existing Cloudflare resources. as it is a way to export your current configuration to terraform files.
