Cannot establish HTTPS connection to subdomain that's using a page rule

What is the issue you’re encountering

Subdomain (connect.) will not load

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

• DNS A record for subdomain is proxied and set to IP 192.0.2.1
• SSL is set to always use HTTPS
• Page rule forwards “connect.andrewormerod.com/*” with status code 302 to an https URL

I migrated to DNS to Cloudflare today - so maybe I just need to be patient…

Could you check whether Universal SSL is enabled or disabled in your Cloudflare settings?

Also, have you been issued a Universal SSL certificate?

Yes - Universal is on - and… of course… it is now working!

I think maybe it just took a few hours for the universal certificate to be fully verified and I was being impatient (and worrying in case the cause was user error!)
