It has not been resolved, we are going to get billed (pro) for another month for a domain that no longer points in our zone.

Is the domain as you reported here grtimes.gr? I show it as free internally and on your dash. I’ve asked my colleague to take a look at the issue as well. Sorry for the problems

The zone doesnt exist, but still showing in subscriptions and gets billed.

If you click edit, it doesnt do anything.
If you click on Pro plan, tries to find the zone and returns 404.

Understood, removing zones does not cancel subscriptions. On your ticket I’ll ask the Support team to further assist with canceling that subscription. Sorry for the issues with canceling that.

Sorry for the ongoing issues, my billing colleagues have created another ticket and escalated that to the correct team
