Cannot do sudo apt update, no internet connection

I have a server that can Give out users the website it can show the contents but, whenever i try to do a sudo update or get a link using wget i cannot do it. I was using certbot,

The problem im facing is Server hosts the static files
but cannot connect to another server (a website)
It was working fine for some time but now. Its gone why is this happening?

I feel like there might be a problem with vps provider
