Enabling/disabling ECH does not work as mentioned in the documentation.

There is no such option:
Go to SSL > Edge Certificates.
For Encrypted ClientHello (ECH), change the setting to Enabled.

Please, how to disable Encrypted ClientHello (ECH)?
