Cannot delete Zero Trust team — no option to remove or deactivate

No error message. The issue is that there is no option to delete or deactivate the Zero Trust team.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I created a Zero Trust team by mistake, and now it’s permanently shown in my account selection screen. I want to completely remove or delete the team (or organization), but there is no visible way to do that in the Cloudflare Zero Trust dashboard. Even after clearing all apps, policies, and settings, the team remains active.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Deleted all Access applications
  • Removed all identity providers
  • Deleted WARP device settings
  • Removed Gateway rules and policies
  • Cleared Email Routing and Workers
  • Checked all Zero Trust settings under “Settings → Account”
