Hi there,

We are aware and working to fix this issue. For now, the workaround is to follow this " Delete a project with a high number of deployments" documentation:

Take care.

Thank you for your response, and I am glad to hear that you are aware of the issue. I followed through with the guide on that website, and upon running the script I recieve the error:

Error: Authentication error
    at deleteDeployment (/home/larry/Downloads/delete-all-deployments/index.js:54:11)
    at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:105:5)
    at async main (/home/larry/Downloads/delete-all-deployments/index.js:139:9)

Over and over ad infinum.

Hi there,

Seems like the authentication failed. Make sure you’re using a token with the correct privileges and the correct account ID.

Take care.

It wouldn’t even run until I had the correct authentication. Now it runs but it just fails at the end.

I even decided to go through and get all of my authentication once again just to be sure; same error.

Hi there,

Hey, how do I access the case? I responded to the initial email with an email reply of my own, but I just received a second email telling me that I need to respond within 24 hours. Is there something I did wrong?

Hi again, I just recieved an email seeing that my case has been marked as “solved” because I failed to respons within 48 hours. It seems that email I sent was not enough. What do I do now?

Hi there,

Sorry I’ve been out of office for a couple of days.
Yes, the case will close on its own unless you reply on it. I’ve now reopened it.

In the case I was inquiring if you’re trying to delete a specific deployment or the entire pages project, because although this post title suggests that you’re trying to delete the entire project, it seems to me, according to the error, you’re merely trying to delete a single deployment.

If you’re trying to delete the entire project, please try pressing going to Workers & Pages> The page you want to delete > Manage, scroll down to the bottom and pres the Delete Project red button.

If you’re trying to delete a specific deployment, please share with me the deployment ID.

Please let me know regardless, so I can either escalate or close the case.

Take care.

I hope you managed to get some rest.

I’m trying to delete the entire project, and that location that you listed on the Cloudflare dashboard was where the screenshot was taken.

Hi there,

May I request editing permissions so I can try to delete it myself?

If you agree, please go to Manage Account > Configurations:

And then under Configurations enable Editing Permission:

I have followed through with your steps. You may commence.

Hi there,

I was able to reproduce the issue and escalated it internally.
Case is now in escalated state, so it won’t close on its own, and you’ll receive a reply as soon as it’s resolved.

Take care.
