What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot delete my Cloudflare account

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Delete Your Profile
  • I enter my mail, password, I type DELETE, then I click on the captcha
  • it’s indicated “Your account is queued for deletion” with a countdown to logout me
  • when the countdown reach 0, nothing is happening and my account is still existing

Please tell me how to delete my account.

It sounds like you are taking the correct steps, you’re clicking “Delete :User” on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/managed-profile/preferences, yes? Perhaps try from incognito mode or different browser. If that is again unsuccessful, we’ll need the help of Support.
