What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot delete my Cloudflare account

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have submitted a ticket on the support portal ( 01585137 )

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Go to Profile
  • Click Delete Account Button
  • Enter the username and password, enter DELETE
  • Click on the Delete User button

After this nothing happens.

The browser console in the developer tools may show details that help identify the error. It has been some years since I encountered this and it may not work for you, but I once had a Cloudflare account that wouldn’t delete. I changed the password to a really long one that had no non-alphanumeric characters and was then able to delete it.
