Cannot delete a subdomain added by mistake

After adding a subdomain that conflicts with an existing record, there is no UI on the dashboard to delete it.

Click the three dots, then “Disabling and delete”?

Thank you for the reply.

I have checked that menu, but it only suggests “Fix records.”

Perhaps once the record is “fixed,” the delete menu item will be available, but I don’t want to do so.

Manually removing one or more of the required records give me this:

In addition, the button is named “Add records and enable” when adding the subdomains, and I am unable to add new subdomains, without also being forced to add the records at the same time.

It might be your only way.

I guess it wouldn’t be so hard after all, to click “Fix records”, and then assuming it touches your records in an undesired way, you can always revert the changes after you’ve deleted the subdomain.

Okay, I will deal with Fix records this time. It demands that I delete specific MX and SPF records I need, but I will revert them quickly.

Hopefully, this lack of UI will be fixed to minimize downtime.
