I’ve escalated this topic to Support for you, since it doesn’t seem like something the Community can help with and you can’t create a ticket yourself.

From what I can see you do have active subscriptions. I have re-synced your authorization policies which I’m hoping might eliminate that error, although I’m not too confident.

Can you follow the steps here for Accounts with paid services and try to open a ticket again? Cannot locate dashboard account · Cloudflare Support docs

I was able to create a ticket under Account → Support Platform.

I also linked this thread in the ticket.

Perfect. You should be good to go moving forward. I’ll send a reply on that ticket and close it out. Go ahead and make a new ticket for your original issue if you still need assistance.
