Cannot create PRO plan

Hi,
I am trying to migrate my sites from old Cloudflare account to the new one. I tried to create new Pro plans on new account, but at the final step, after hitting Purchase, it says: “The zone cannot be upgraded at this time. (Code: 1258)”. Cloudflare is not my registrar.

Can you help me with this please?
