After changing DNS to Cloudflare…
I can’t copy the image (photos). Usually, when you copy and paste an article on another site or word, the article and the picture appear together… Now the article appears, but I can’t see the picture.
I often use Windows 98 for some reason, but I can’t open my site in Windows 98 after switching DNS services to Cloudflare.
Would appear this is a duplication of
Windows 98 is 17 years past of end of manufacturer support. The Cloudflare Community is not able to assist with any issues you may encounter while using that unsupported operating system.

My web site is working. But copy and paste function is not working. When I make copy an article in my site and then did paste to another site, I cannot see photos, but only see the letters.

This really doesn’t seem like an issue with Cloudflare but with the browser you are using or the site(s) you are copying text/images from. (Are you permitted to copy the text/images or are you plagiarising?)
