Cannot access support tickets, live chat. cannot locate dashboard account
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
have submitted the support case as described in the help page, an email comes back after 1 minute saying it should be resolved now, but it is not resolved
If you cannot log in to your account you can try the “Forgot your email” link - you will need to log out of the dashboard if you are logged in to another account.
There is an issue at the moment that prevents that on some accounts. When you submitted a ticket you will have received an email. Just reply to that email to update your ticket.
What’s the issue? If it technical and not related to billing someone here may be able to help. Otherwise you can post the ticket number and I’ll see if I can flag it.
They replied saying there is no active zone (domain), but there is an active zone, i have replied to the ticket with a screen shot showing the active status
