What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve added the correct DNS settings on the Cloudflare side, but they are telling me from Webb flow that the TXT names are not the same, but they are so it’s not registered and then Cloud flair is telling me to update the NS names but when I try to update, it’s grayed out and will not let me do s0

The domain is active on Cloudflare so if you are being told to change your Cloudflare nameservers you are not in the correct Cloudflare account where the domain is registered and have instead added your domain to another Cloudflare account, see…

You will need to log into the account where the domain is active. If you do not see the domain listed here, then you are in the wrong account…

If unsure which email address you used for the account check for emails from Cloudflare from when you registered the domain. Or log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” or check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. You may have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login.

Thought that it was hosted here with cloudflare, as its allowing me to change everything else in the DNS.also whois shows cloudflare as registrar.

It is (well, DNS is, not the hosting), but you are in the wrong Cloudflare account. Read my post above again.

thanks for this but its bringing me to choice and when I select the top account I see it listed, fromt the above image.

right then when I go to the other for DNS changes it shows this

and the other account lets me change but not the NS

You cannot change the nameservers. You are in the wrong account as it shows april and margo which are not the ones for the domain.

Either it is the other account for your login, or you created another account with a different email address. That’s why you need to do this…
