Hello!
Im completely new in the gateway platform for cloudflare. I setted up smoothly the platform in my 16 employees. I use dns filtering by content for all users and it works well.
My problem is that I’m trying to access a costumer portal with login credentials and for some reason it does load the webpage but it’s not letting me access the platform. I tested it in another computer that it doesnt have the dns and it works well.
It doesnt show an error log or anything it just never logins… Also that website is not registered in my gateway log.
I put on the http exclusion for that website, also I excluded the IP destination from my network and editted full access in the policies for the user that requires this and it’s still not letting me login to my platform.
Do you have any idea in what Im missing?
