May I ask what have you tried so far?
Are the domain DNS records still proxied?
How are you clearing the cache at Cloudflare? Manually from the Dashboard, or via API or some plugin?
What happens when you temporary Pause Cloudflare?
- Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
- The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
