Tried new credit cards or accounts, tried different browsers and different computers.
Opened a case: 01029501 > Open for 1+ Month no Response

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Settings > Account > Update Plan > Select Plan > Proceed to Payment > Next > Purchase > Stuck here
