Cannot change billing details or add/change a credit card, even paypal

Hi!,

I’m trying to add one new credit card and it is failing every time.

I try the the main or the backup credit card, try Amex Visa even Paypal.

Also can’t change my address either…

I get an error “There is an issue with the payment information entered. Review and try again. (Code: 1201)”

But none of the fields are marked with error, i try every possible combinations (with the optionals).

Also I keep getting a “red banner” across the bottom of the page telling me I need to enter “captcha” data “Too much activity on this account. Please submit a captcha with form. (Code: 1293)” so i wait a 5 minutes and then try again.

How do I submit a form with captcha? what is does means, where i can find it?

It sounds like this issue:

There might be a temporary error, though I don’t see anything in Cloudflarestatus.

Same error here. I got “There is an issue with the payment information entered. Review and try again. (Code: 1201)”

I try with two differents credit card, and two diffrents paypal account.

I opened a support ticket.

Support is aware of the issues with the billing system and working on a fix, you don’t need to open a ticket in order to make them aware to resolve this. We’ll keep an eye on progress and update in #cloudflarestatus as appropriate.
