I can not cancel my subscription and continue to be charged. I have opened multiple support tickets over the past month with no response. I am coming up on another invoice date and would like to have this canceled before that. One of the ticket numbers from January is 01371686.

Thank you. I can’d disable anything in the dashboard. I think I had already deleted the domain and then tried to cancel the pro subscription. I added the domain back and now it thinks it’s a free plan even though billing still shows the pro plan renewing on March 7. I would like to cancel all subscriptions as I no longer need the service.
This still has not been resolved. May next billing cycle is March 7 and I want to cancel the subscription prior to that. I tried before my last billing cycle and was charge for that.
I have asked repeatedly for help with cancelling a subscription. I have received no help and was just charged again. It seems like from my experiences and from reading other comments there are deceptive practices taking place keeping people from cancelling. Please get back to me and let me know that my subscription is fully cancelled.
Agree with the above. This seems like a class action waiting to happen given how many people can’t cancel their subscription and continue to get charged.
