Cannot cancel account 2

I am in the same situation. I have two subscriptions that I’ve been trying to cancel for months. Nothing happens when I click the “Edit” button.

I opened ticket #3262425 on May 15th. The times I am lucky enough to get a response back, the response is useless and does not help. I just need someone from Billing to cancel the account for me because clearly the UI is buggy.

This is now 3 months of billing that Cloudflare is scamming me on.

Hi @user26319 my colleague indicated this was resolved on your ticket, let us know here if that is not the case.
