No way to authenticate as I don’t host a server

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have been unable to restore my 2fa and the recovery code for my account is apparently incorrect.
I cannot add anything to ‘the server’ for cloudflare to confirm my identity as I don’t have a server, my domain is simply for Apple Mail and as such I cannot authenticate. I cannot reach a human and I’m stuck as my domain is due to renew soon.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Followed all account log in and recovery guides provided by Cloudflare.

When you enabled 2FA you would have been given a list of recovery codes. You should first try to use one of those to access your account.

If you do not have backup codes then login with your username and password. When you reach the screen to input your 2FA code, click ‘Can’t access your 2FA device or backup codes’.

This will then walk you through the process to recover access to your account. You will need to verify your email and verify a device you have used previously to login. It will then take 3-5 days for Cloudflare to review your request.

Questions about about account access & 2FA will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
