Can add Members to my Account, but I cannot add Users to My Team in Zero Trust.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried deleting and re-adding Members. Had members then try authticating in WARP with their Member emails

Try to have member authenticate in WARP \ Preferences \ Account \ Re-Authenticate

No, the users are only able login under my username. If they login under their own username, they don’t appear under my account and I don’t get stats on them in the dashboard

Sorry so the problem you are reporting is that users who were previously deleted from active users do not show up in logs after re-authenticating?

Do policies still apply (e.g. are they blocked from sites they aren’t allowed to visit)?

It’s more about adding the users to my account. I am mainly using the Gateway features via WARP and while I can differentiate between physical devices in my account, I don’t seem to be able to log in multiple users. All devices are under 1 user. When I try to authenticate a second user, that new user never gets their invite ( and code to enter into the WARP client).
Ideally, I’d like to have different email addresses/accounts for my different users so that the Analytics dashboard gives be clearer information.

If a user does not match the device enrollment policy they will not receive an email. Verify your device enrollment policy would apply to the email address they are using.
