Cannot add site due to "bill not yet paid" but already paid

I get an error when adding a new site. The system says I haven’t paid the bill in full, but I’ve already paid it. Please help me handle it, thanks.

Hello, it seems that this is related to billing issues. We are not able to assist billing matters on community, so I suggest you to open a support ticket
