Hi,
We are still getting this error message of: “Make payments for your unpaid invoices to proceed. Your account is locked due to the unpaid invoices. (Code: 1323)” mistakenly.
We have aksed support to do somethign about it, but nothing happened for the past 7-8 days. We currently cannot add any new sites to our account.
Can anyone help to address this ASAP please?
