You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each “Unpaid” invoice on your Billing page and click the “Pay online” link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323)

What is the issue you’re encountering

I cannot add new domain of Free plan due to unpaid invoices but all my invoices are paid.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Login to my CF account, and go to billing section.
  2. Download all Invoice pdf files.
  3. Click on the links Pay now to access to stripe.
  4. Make sure that all invoices have “Paid” status.
