Cannot add domains nor contact support


I’m getting a 1097 error for a domain I’m trying to add. And for some reason I cannot contact support because when I click Get More Help, I’m only given a choice of domains that were already added to my account.

Any suggestions?


Hmmmm… that screen seems to have changed very recently… I opened a ticket a few days ago and I had to choose a category and when it asked about domain, I chose ‘None/Other’. I have just looked again and those options have gone… It is trying to force me to choose a domain aswell…

Just make sure to send it from the email you use to login to your CF account!
