Attempting to add 2 domains we own to our Cloudflare account we get the below error message:
The zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone. Please contact the domain owner to have this hold removed.
We only have this single account and have no idea who would have it on theirs. How can we go about removing it from another account, and adding it to ours?
You need to contact the person that has that domain in their account and ask them to remove the hold.

Holds the domain or has the domain in their Cloudflare account? I hold the domain. We have no idea who would have it in a Cloudflare account nor know how to acquire that information.
