Hello Cloudflare Support, I recently purchased the domain nightingaleforgovenor.com from an expired domain marketplace. When I try to add this domain to my Cloudflare account, I receive the following error: “could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid.” It seems the domain is still associated with a previous Cloudflare account that has an unpaid balance. I am now the legal and current owner of this domain, and I would like to request that it be released from the previous Cloudflare zone/account so I can manage it on my account.
