Unable to add credit card or paypal billing information

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried paypal, tried various credit cards. No luck

Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support

Can’t upgrade to pro and start a support ticket because of the above

Just fill out the payment information and add a method

Seems like so many people have had to report this to the community and there is no way to start a billing support ticket without actually adding a payment method and upgrading your plan. Any suggestions or work-arounds from the community will be apprecaited…

Customers on every plan type can open account, billing and registrar tickets. Login, select Support and depending up on what your dropdown shows, select contact cloudflare or Support. Select Billing, complete the form

At the bottom, select add more details

Add the additional details and select Submit Case.

Account, Billing, Registrar and trust & safety issues are the only four areas where the Community cannot assist.

So I did start a billing ticket and only got an automated response with an answer that doesnt address my issue.

Any ideas on how to get a human to read and interpret the conflicting errors that I am getting when trying to add a billing/payment method?
