Seems like so many people have had to report this to the community and there is no way to start a billing support ticket without actually adding a payment method and upgrading your plan. Any suggestions or work-arounds from the community will be apprecaited…
Customers on every plan type can open account, billing and registrar tickets. Login, select Support and depending up on what your dropdown shows, select contact cloudflare or Support. Select Billing, complete the form
