What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

When adding a credit card for a Singapore business, the GST field is required. GST registration is not compulsory for all Singapore businesses, so it is impossible for a business that is not registered for GST to pay for any services offered by Cloudflare. Would it be possible to make the GST field optional?
