Payment method added - account does not have payment method setup

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot add credit card or paypal under any browser

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Cleared history, tried another computer, tried having another super admin and still cannot add any payment methods and cannot reach support.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Logging into from multiple devices in private session keeps failing over several weeks and i create a support ticket.

Just want to make the error in the bottom typed out

in green state - Payment method added
in red states - account does not have payment method set up

Then no payment method left after this
