Cannot add a new website to Cloudflare

I am trying to move the domain germanonlinepublsiher.com from Hetzner to Cloudflare. The Cloudflare nameservers have been entered in the Hetzner DNS and domains data. Nevertheless it does not seem to work. Can anyone help? Many thanks Jens

You have DNSSEC enabled. That needs to be turned off when you change name servers.

Thanks sdayman for your reply. To be honest, I don’t know where to turned off DNSSEC. On my DNS settings for this domain with Cloudflare I can only activate DNSSEC.
My registrar Hetzner doesn’t have these feature, so I also cannot deactivate it anywhere.

Any chance that you only just transferred the domain from another registrar to Hetzner?

I have transferred a bunch of domains from OVH to Hetzner today. At OVH the was a switch “DNSSEC ON”. Obviously during the transfer process this feature was transferred to Hetzner and they haven’t deleted it. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to contact Hetzner again until Monday.

As Hetzner does not support DNSSEC, it means you will have to contact their support and see if they can disable it manually.

Until it is disabled, you will not be able to use any nameservers other than those of OVH that you used previously.
