What is the issue you’re encountering

I recently set up Cloudflare and updated the nameservers in my DNS. However, when I try logging into my cPanel, I get a ‘login failed’ error. I reached out to my host to reset the cPanel password, but even with the new password, I still can’t log in. Additionally, I’m encountering an error when trying to log into the admin panel. I have also been unable to login to admin dashboard however , I was able to log in yesterday, but couldn’t log out—attempting to log out also triggered the same error. Now, I am unable to log in at all. My site has been running on https even before cloudflare, and the cPanel port is 2083. I haven’t set up any cache, firewall, or IP blocking. Could you help me understand what might be causing this issue?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i have reset my cpanel password and still cannot login, its still login failed

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

typing domain/admin or domain/cpanel

I manage several cPanel/WHM servers and WordPress sites, all of which use Cloudflare, but I’ve never encountered any of these issues.

Do these problems disappear or persist with Cloudflare paused?

The cPanel login sounds like something that would happen if your IP is restricted from logging in. That’s not something that you would do in your cPanel account… but something that can be configured to happen automatically in “Web Host Manager” – the big brother of cPanel your hosting provider uses to manage the server and provision cPanel accounts.

And the WordPress issue seems like something that would happen if the site is using a plugin to customize the login URL.

The plugins i have are 4 , non that restricts access to login. Then i did try to pause cloudflare coudlnt see a change. I can no longer access the website now. Actually the only change was changing my nameservers to cloud flares are there configurations i missed or is it an issue on my web hoster?
