Please create the CNAME DNS entry “www” and point it to “bangkokgen.co.th”.
After the creation propagated, it will work.
Note1: you can’t apply PageRules to non-existent DNS entries.
Note2: this PageRule (#3) is not needed, as already covered by (#2)
Thats the same, since the default scheme is “HTTP” and therefore these URLs are basically the same.

You should also make sure your encryption mode is Full Strict, as you were previously apparently on an insecure mode.
