I was added as a Domain Administrator for a colleague’s domain, but I don’t seem to have access to the Email Routing menu.
On my own domains in my account I see the Email Routing menu under Email. However for this account I only see DMARC Management, and Email Security.
Is this a permissions issue? I watched her check all the boxes when created my invitation.
Does your colleague already access to Email routing?
Or it has not been enabled yet?

I confirmed that she enabled Email Routing. She sent the screenshot below. But I still do not see Email Routing in my view.

Role do you have on the shared account? And can you provide a screenshot of your view?
