I just moved to Cloudflare and this the the first subdomain I created since joining. I can access all other old sub domains
I added the subdomain in the cpanel of my Server hosting.
do I need to add anything to Cloudflare?

Yes, you need to add an A record for the subdomain in Cloudflare pointed at the IP address of your cPanel server (unless you have a wildcard record).

In any case, it seems you’ve done this already, and DNS works for me.
