Are you the superadmin of the account?

I suspect you are logged into the wrong account. Check the domain has nameservers here, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool. If the two you see on whatsmydns are not the two you see shown on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns then you are most certainly in the wrong account.

Give that a check and let us know and we’ll figure out next steps, sorry for the issues.

Thanks for quick response. I somehow CAN access the DNS records and modify them. It must have been something on Cloudflare side. BTW, I have added a new TXT record (almost 2 hours ago) and I still do not see it when I run the dig command. It is a txt record for DKIM. How long does propagation normally take? Appreciate your response!

Thank you, I noticed the IP address you shared is a cloudflare IP, that ought to be the IP of your origin server, not the cloudflare IP.

Next, the zone (website, domain) you shared is pending in the account you are using here and active in an account using the nameservers you shared

I do not see the email you are using here as a member of the account using those nameservers, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool

Are you doing this work in an account with a different email than the one you are using here, one that is a member of the account with the active zone?
