I see this on your dash, you may want to replicate using incognito mode

Selected visit Support portal
And I needed to select technical website to get the chat option on right side of this screenshot
The issue you’re encountering is something I know the team is working on and has come up here before, most recently earlier today, Can’t get support - #8 by emanova. You’ll have emails regarding the issue and can also communicate with them via email.
