Cannot access the live chat - the area where I would do so says I must have a business account, even though I already do.

Submitted two tickets weeks ago, both of which are being ignored.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to my support page, I see the section that discusses upgrading to the Business Plan to access the live chat. I’m already on the Business Plan, yet the Live Chat button is not there.
