I’m a layman and I also can’t access filezilla after I started using cloudflare, could you help me please?
You either need a record that is not proxied (), let‘s say ftp.yourdomain.com, or you need to connect directly to your server‘s IP address.

I don’t know which one I can access filezilla to update my website, from a non-proxy registry or connect directly to your server’s IP address, which one do you recommend?
I highly recommend using IP address. That way you don’t have to make a public DNS record that would expose your server’s IP address.
Where do I find this IP address in my hosting or is this ip that appears in the cloudflare dns?
Your host would have it, and it should be the “A” record for your domain name in the Cloudflare DNS page.
