Some users cannot access the worker in China.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Some users in China, they can access the domain successfully, but some cannot.
  2. The users who cannot access the domain, they cannot ping pickme-biz-worker-tst.pickmepickme.ai, it shows timeout. The dns is OK.
  3. When they traceroute pickme-biz-worker-tst.pickmepickme.ai, it blocked at some IP which is the ISP’s IP.
  4. But if they use VPN, they can access the domain.
