No error, just not finding a way to cancel this domain registration

What is the issue you’re encountering

I just got billed for one of the domain registrations renewing next month that I need to cancel. I don’t see an obvious way to disable the active subscription or to cancel it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have followed directions to disable active subscription of my free plan but don’t find any way to disable and obtain refund for automatic renewal invoice.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Please help me find a way to cancel/disable it. None of the documented directions work so please don’t direct me back there.

Click the “auto-renew” switch or press “manage” for the domain you want to change…

If the registry supports it you can delete the registration. Otherwise just leave it to expire.

Domain purchases are final so you can’t get a refund for a domain purchase.

The payment is not for purchase but advance charge for renewal which was made one month in advance of renewal date (4/23/2025).
I have disabled auto-renew however I should not be charged for this advance renewal.

The payment is not for purchase but advance charge for renewal

There is not an “advance charge”, domains are renewed 30 days before expiry so you will see the extra year was already added.
